Our long-term program is designed for guests who will occupy their RV site as their primary campground residence during the approved term. Stays begin with a two-month commitment, and approved dates may extend up to 12 months.
Long-term placement is limited and application-based. A phone interview or in-person appointment helps us confirm that the site, the RV, and the community are a good match.
Check Availability$250 of the deposit is retained if an approved reservation is canceled before arrival. Refund terms at departure are governed by the signed agreement.Monthly Site Rates

Long-Term Stay Guidelines
RV & Residency Requirements
- checkTwo-month minimum; approved dates may extend up to 12 months
- checkRV, motorhome, fifth wheel, or travel trailer in good working and visual condition
- checkUnits over 10 years old require management review
- checkNo tents, pop-ups, truck campers, or rooftop tents
- checkApplicant has a tow vehicle or documented ability to move the RV within 24 hours when required for an emergency
- checkAll adult occupants participate in the application process and are subject to background and reference checks
Pets & Carts
A Few Essentials
- checkUp to three pets per approved site; large breeds are reviewed individually
- checkCurrent vaccination and rabies records are required
- checkPets must follow all posted leash, cleanup, access, and behavior rules
- checkPersonal golf carts require registration, identification, and proof of insurance
- checkATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides may be stored for off-site use but may not be used as campground transportation
- checkResidents must receive essential campground text and email notices
