Do you allow pets?
Yes, our Smoky Mountain campground is pet friendly. We also have a dog park for guests and their four-legged friends to enjoy. View our pet rules here.
Do you have a bathhouse?
Yes, our bathhouse has individual bath/shower rooms for ultimate privacy.
How far are you from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg?
Our Smoky Mountain campground is located in Sevierville, TN. We are just a few miles from everything! We are 5 miles to Dollywood, 7 miles to Pigeon Forge, 12 miles to Gatlinburg and 15 miles to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park!
Are you open year-round?
Almost! Our Smoky Mountain campground usually closes down a few days after New Years and reopens the second week of February for yearly maintenance.
What is your cancellation policy?
The following cancellation policy will apply to all cancellations:
- 7+ days prior to arrival: 25% of deposit is forfeited
- 6-4 days prior to arrival: 100% of deposit is forfeited
- 3 days prior to arrival: Payment is due in full, and no refunds will be given
- Changes to reservation dates or shortening the length of the stay requires a 7-day notice
- Please contact the office by phone if you will be arriving the day following your scheduled arrival date. We will hold you reservation until 5pm the following day. If we have not heard from you by 5pm the following day, we will cancel your reservation and open your site for rental. If you don’t call or don’t show, all money will be forfeited and is non-transferable.
